The s500 drone after calibration and setup has failed to take off. I have cross checked direction of rotation of motors and updated firmware and still it has failed to takeoff.
The motor outputs are all 0. Have you set up the motors/actuators in QGC → Config → Actuators? You can also test them there (careful, best without props first).
