PX4 Mini & Stable Release v1.14.0 problem

Hi guys i have problem with my PX4 mini board. I tried to update at 1.14 from 1.13.3 but someting wrong. PX4 does not communicate well with QGC during parameter change.Several error occours especially with actuator tip. I can not configurate correctly and try motor like previous release. I downgrade at 1.13.3 and all return ok. Someone has idea?

I add some new info.Upgrading firmware to 1.14 an trying to change vehicle configuration (i.e. from generic quad to a specific as X500 v2), parametrs can not be write correctly. See image below.

I tried to reset hardware and format sdcard but nothing.
