PX4 if750a/Parachute simulation

Hi,
I want to simulate parachute in gazebo. i found few documentation in PX4 official page.Parachute simulation
Px4 firmware: 1.15
Gazebo: 11+

But that command not work.

Shows unknown Target
What went wrong?
