make px4_sitl_default is enough, no need to specify.
If I remember correctly, your command is Ubuntu 20.04.
Maybe your computer is Ubuntu 22.04

Depending on you Ubuntu version and the Gazebo version that you installed, either manually or by using the PX4 setup script, in v1.14 you have two different targets: one for Gazebo and one for Gazebo Classic.
