Motors spinning at different RPMs for a F450 Quadcopter Pixhawk 2.4.8

Hello,

I am building a F450 quadcopter and the motors seem to spinning at different RPMs when I increase throttle (as seen in Actuator Outputs (Main) in the log while testing it without propeller on bench. Attached log file: Flight Review

And when i fly with propellers, the quadcopter is not stable and oscillates along roll and pitch axis.

Can someone please help me understand what am I doing wrong here?

Regards,
Alvin Anthony

Hello there
I am facing the same problem did you find a solution

Please share more information and some logs or would be impossible to help you. It’s too generic

I think that in the case of @alvinanthony there where some offset on pitch and roll. You can see on rates that the controller was trying to reduce the error, but since it was on the bench attitude could not change (see integral growing crazy). So drone was increasing difference in motors on purpose
This was probably due to a wrong calibration, but could also be something in the drone hardware
