Landing does not work. The aircraft fails to land and climbs up and down

I’m having trouble landing a quadcopter. After taking off, the stick was lowered to land the aircraft, but the aircraft did not land. I landed with a landing command via qgc, but lowering the stick didn’t work at all. The local position z value has minus value and I want to know if it is related to this.
I would be grateful if you could suggest a solution to this problem.

Have you done the RC calibration in QGC?
