How to set remote ID at 1.14.0rc1

Hello, I am trying to set remote ID with 1.14.0rc1 and Cube ID as 9/16/23 approaches.

-I am wondering if there is an elegant way to set it up
-How can I modify OPEN_DRONE_ID or MAV_ODID_ID_TYPE_SERIAL_NUMBER? MAVLink command?
-Do I need to modify build/fmu/mavlink/common/common.h? How do I convert UAS ID to a constant?

I would appreciate your comments. Currently Cube ID transmits null information through MAV_1 and TELEM3. Drone Scanner detects the broadcast.
