Applying Drone ID into v1.13

Hello,

I am trying to use Remote ID with PX4 v1.13.
I was able to copy some necessary files and codes from v1.14 and can see mavlink message as below.

Note there is no latitude and longitude data in the LOCATION message.

Currently only OPEN_DRONE_ID_LOCATION and OPEN_DRONE_ID_SYSTEM message is visible however
there is no OPEN_DRONE_ID_ARM_STATUS message thus showing “NOT CONNECTED” in RID status in QGC.

Where should I look to publish arming status correctly?
