@rollys obviously i did that 
In multirotor mode everything is working fine but After switching to Fixed wind mode . No out put.
in pixhawk 1, vtol module is commented out, i think because of limited flash. i mentioned that, in the above comment. so obviously your behavior is expected.
Yes it seems to change configuration or throw away pixhawk 1.
Current update,
Everything got fixed , servos working too.
Tuning for transitions .
Some motor are not functioning properly.
Right now , servos are moving as soon i push safety switch.
And are in action even in MC mode.
Any comments…?
How to make them functional only in FW mode.
