Hello everyone,
We’re currently working on a lift-cruise drone and testing in hover-only (MC mode) for now while tuning the multicopter behavior.
We encountered an issue during testing: after takeoff to a safe altitude and stable hover, the drone suddenly lost stability and dropped towards the front-left side. You can find the log here:
We’ve already checked and verified the following:
- Power and signal wiring for all motors
- Replaced the motor at the affected corner
- Issue still persists after hardware checks
- hover throttle is around 40 %
For context — we have a small motor tilt angle configured for yaw authority.
We would appreciate any insights or advice on what might be causing this, or suggestions on what else to check.
