So we have been testing a quadcopter (generic X) with px4 V1.11.0. We had around 20 flights without an issue and then suddenly today it just flipped along the roll axis. It looks to us as if the system wanted to yaw, but suddenly lost roll authority somehow. It could be a faulty motor, but then it should have flipped diagonally (along both roll and pitch axis). Not really 100% sure, was wondering if someone could point us in the right direction.
