My Quadcopter has suddenly flipped and crashed

Hi All,
I recently test my quadcopter with v 1.15.2 and proceeded autotuning.
And I tried several flights and changed the battery.
When I started to fly, it suddenly flipped to left and crashed.
This is my flight review log link.

It only crashed just 1 minute from take off. But before that I had several flights and they were OK.

This is my former flight before the crash.

Please help me to solve the problem.
