PX4 Holybro S500 V2 can't take off

Hi,

finally I finished the build for PX4 Holybro S500 V2 kit and configured it. All systems seems to respond accordingly.
Motors Holybro 2216/880kw. After 1 min of spin, motors got very hot.
Battery 3100mAh
Total weight 1300g

When I try to take off even at full speed throttle up, drone is not able to move. After some seconds it fall on left side. I’ve tested it inside room.
Pitch and roll seems to respond also.

I triple checked that motors spin in the direction as mentioned in the picture.
This is the picture with setup.

Any suggestions what can be the problem, what I should do to be able to flight the drone?

Could you share the flight log? https://logs.px4.io/

Can you tell me the steps, how to get the logs?
I don’t know how to get them.

This guide explain how to get the logs.

Is possible the 12.0 V battery doesn’t provide enough power ?

I have the same issue with the same drone kit. were you able to resolve this?
here’s an example of one of my log files:

I have exactly the same issue. Have you solved it?

I am also having the same issue, was anyone able to resolve it?

What battery are you using? How many cell?
Did the drone tip over?
Did you ensure the motor is spinning in the correct direction?

Thanks for responding. I’m using a LiPo battery Ovonic. it’s 4s, so 4 cells. Yes, I did the individual motor test to ensure all were spinning in the right directions. Also, Yes, my drone did tip over.

@MuneebaAsif Can you share a photo of the drone with Propellers? Are the propellers also in the correct direction? The motor with white top and black top are across from each other also?

Sure. Here’s my drone. I checked the direction of the propellers and I used the configuration as shown in the picture for the order of the motors. So, the black tops are CCW and white ones CW.

Can you use stable mode for take off?
Does the radio calibration page confirms whether the direction of the 4 channels is correct?

I tried in both manual and stabilized. I get movements on channels when I calibrate my radio, but How do I make sure of the directions being correct?

Take props off, use motor test.

My pitch wasn’t correctly calibrated. When the roll stick was centered, the pitch wasn’t zero which is my drone was flipping forward. The drone takes off. Thanks. Really appreciate the help.
