PX4 1.14.4 for Pixhawk 2.4.8

Hello!

Could anyone please help me find the ready-built firmware file px4_fmu-v3_default.px4 for PX4 version 1.14.4?

I have a Pixhawk 2.4.8 and version 1.15.0 doesn’t work well with it (due to memory issues).

If someone still has the file for 1.14.4, I would be very grateful if you could share it with me!

This is a very old version. Cant you build that urself?

Thank you for your reply! I know it’s an old version, but unfortunately it’s the last stable one for my Pixhawk 2.4.8.

The problem is that I’m not a developer and don’t have the toolchain on my computer to build it myself. I understand it is a complicated task for a beginner.

I was hoping that someone might still have the ready-built px4_fmu-v3_default.px4 file for version 1.14.4.

If anyone has this file, I would be extremely grateful if you could share it!

The latest stable should work for this hardware, have you tried it yet?

Hello!

I’ve just retried installing the latest version (PX4 1.17.0), and the memory situation looks very tight on my Pixhawk 2.4.8:

free RAM: only 23 KB (about 10% of total); logger process stack usage: 83%.

As I understand, the system is running on the edge. That is why I need to find the version 1.14.4.

If anyone still has the ready-built .px4 file for fmuv3 or can explain me how to build myself, I would be very grateful!

The system is old but generally if it fits it works, did you run into any issues with v1.17? if so please post a log

Thank you for your patience. I have finally managed to record a log with PX4 version 1.17.0.

@Daria I looked at your log. v1.17 is running fine on your board: CPU ~60%, RAM steady at 82% with no failures, only 30 ms of logger dropouts. The tight memory you saw on the console is normal for fmu-v3 and isn’t causing problems, so I wouldn’t chase 1.14.4.

Thank you very much for your assistance. However, after connecting the OSD telemetry to Pixhawk, the situation changed significantly, and now the log shows a warning about RAM usage being too high (98.2%).
