"press safety switch" does not work

Hello,

As you can see in the video below I’m not able to arm ESC with the switch :

I don’t understand why because the green flashing led and the white flashing led are supposed to indicate that are ok to armed ESC …

And the following message appears on QGC :

Which is impossible as when I press the switch button it doesn’t work …

I have the pixhawk 2 and the last version of QGC.
My RC was turn on.

Anybody able to help me?

It may be either by the switch is broken or bad connectivity.
You can bypass the switch if you don’t bother safety switch by setting parameter “CBBK_IO_SAFETY” to 22027
