Pixhawk4 no RSSI to Qground control Taranis XD9 plus Dr4 II receiver

I am able to setup sensors but no radio setup in Qground control. Qground Control shows no RSSI. Please send help. Qground says I need 5 channels to setup, getting none. For Copter Quad X. Thanks

P/S radio is bound to receiver.

Some questions that you might to answer so that we have more information on your setup:

  • What receiver are you using?
  • How is it connected to the Pixhawk? Can you share a picture of your wiring?
  • Does it have power?

Ok, so I’m looking at the FrSky D4R-ii manual, and it says:

RSSI (PWM) and CPPM output - If CH3 and CH4 are connected by a jumper, CH1 will output CPPM for CH1~CH8, and CH2 will output RSSI (PWM).

I see that you have connected the PPM RC port from the Pixhawk to CH2 which only outputs RSSI as PWM. Instead you should connect it to CH1 for CPPM. You won’t get RSSI on the Pixhawk but you will receive PPM which consists of the RC channels.
