Pixhawk 6x can't connect temporarly to any computer

Hello everyone,

I have the following problem: when I connect the copter (Pixhawk 6x) to my Windows V10 notebook, the notebook does not always find the copter, or rather, the USB interface is unstable. Out of 10 attempts to connect, the connection works maybe 4 or 5 times. The same thing happens to me on a Windows 11 desktop and also on an Android tablet with Android 14. Does anyone have experience with this kind of behavior? I have also tried different USB-A to USB-C and USB-C to USB-C (tablet) cables. Since the error occurs on different computers, I suspect that this is a malfunction of the Pixhawk 6x. Does anyone have any ideas?

Regards, Peter

Hey,

Is this a custom firmware? Which version of PX4 is it? Are you using QGC?

Hey,

I am using QCQ version 5.08. The firmware on the Pixhawk 6x is Ardupilot/Copter version 4.6.3 stable. The plattform is a Holybro X500 V2.

This is an Ardupilot question. You might want to ask on their forum. https://discuss.ardupilot.org/

I already asked this question in the forum you mentioned and didn’t get anywhere, so I asked the question here. Furthermore, I don’t think this is a problem with the firmware, such as Ardupilot. I think the problem is more likely to be on the hardware side, specifically between the connection pins on the Pixhawk 6x main board and the square cube. Is there an HTTP support page for the Pixhawk 6x?
