Pixhawk 6c frame1.15.0,can not connect the sik radio V3

My Windows computer is USB connected to Radio V3, and 6c is connected to another one. I have tried various methods to connect my computer to the flight controller through data transmission, but all have failed.
Methods already tried:

  1. Set up automatic connection for QGC on the computer side; Update the firmware versions of two V3 receivers; Set up manual com connection
  2. Update the firmware of Pixhawk 6c

May I ask how else I should try

problem solved . l replace all the param of frameware,including the param have been saved and not been deleted, then connected~
