I am working on a coaxial quad. I notice some weird motor noise, but don’t know the exact reason causing the noise. Motor and ESC are new and calibrated. I attached the log

You clearly have a frame resonance at 40hz, it seems to be unrelated to your motor rpm (but I’m not sure if that data is available in your craft, I am new to px4 logs).
Check loose landing gear, slop in the frame or arms, cables resting against the flight controller (or taut cables transferring vibrations), or masts/antennas.
Until you address this, you should consider detuning your craft.
