Large Quad Drone slow oscillations. Help need for PID tune

I have built a quad drone which has 22" propellers. You can see in the video that it has slow oscillations. I first tried the auto PID tune, but the issue is auto tune made it worse. Then I tried manual PID tuning and Roll, Pitch and Yaw has very good Set-point and response but when the drone is hovering it has this slow oscillation.

Also, here’s the log. Log is large since I enabled few other log options,

PS: I got marked by the community as a SPAM. Please, this is not an advertisement or anything, I’m just trying to figure out the issue with my drone.

Could you share the information of the flight log? It might be that the shock absorption effect is poor, resulting in significant vibration of the IMU.

@gfLv_amov Hi, I just uploaded it here. Sorry, the log is bigger.

You can check from 843 seconds, as I hover it for around a minute

I checked the angular velocity loop, attitude loop, velocity loop, position loop, and the loops for sensing speed and position one by one. The following effect of these loops was not very good, and this might be the cause of the problem.

Thank you so much! I will try tuning them and see the outcome.

Much appreciated!

Hi, is there any reference graph I can compare my drones ‘rate loop’? I understand that the response should be similar to setpoint without any overshoots/undershoots.

@gfLv_amov Hi, could you please take a quick look into this. PID analysis rate graphs are very messy.

Could you please give me some advice on this? I tried doing the tuning but I’m not sure how should I proceed again.

I was following this,
