Instability issues caused by GPS/Accelerometer?

I have been having stability issues with my hexcopter, which came to a head today when it decided that flipping over would be a fun thing to do. When I looked at the log file however the gps and altitude reading were all over the place, and the accelerometers looked noisy. I looked at the vibration measurements for the PX4 and they all looked to be under 15.

Is it possible that this is electrical noise? My PX4 and ublox gps are across from each other in a Tarot 810 frame. I’ve ordered a gps mast but it has not arrived yet.

hard to tell, I think GPS looks reasonable, and it’s in any case filtered by the EKF.
I think you need to post full flight log for any useful feedback
