Bench testing Pixhawk with Servos

Is there a way to bench test the servo setup here? I tried using the slider in the actuator testing panel but I can’t get the servos to actually budge. I have servo 3 mapped to elevator and then AUX 1 mapped to Servo 3. I was hoping that when I went to actuator testing and moved the slider the servo would actuate but it doesn’t do anything. Am I missing some physical setup or some software config?

Edit: It looks like I need to use an ESC to supply power to the FMU PWM Out pins. Does anyone have a good photo of a setup like that? I can’t tell where on the PM-07 I should actually connect 5V power to get it to the servo rail.
