VTOL muticopter mode switch to fix wing mode,the thrust drop to 0

VTOL run with mission mode,while finished the muticopter tansition to fix wing.the thrust drop to 0,also the fixwing actuator(output 8) drop to 1000(shut down value).Is there anyone can figure out why cause that case?

The throttle dropping to 0 after forward transition is complete is a minor bug/annoyance to do with TECS initialization in the FW position controller.
