VTOL did transition earlier than expected

We did two flights with the same platform and the same mission. here are the log files:

But the problem is that despite the missions flown are being identical, in one it did the transition way earlier than supposed to. So what might be the problem? Also is there any way I can extract the mission from ulg logs to simulate them?

After some thinking we speculated that the last waypoint altitude was too close to the terrain height that’s because it did early transition to have safe altitude. And after increasing the altitude of the last waypoint it functioned normally. But can’t be sure of this.
