We have a VTOL aircraft that has been tuned for very stable flight. Yesterday we were doing some endurance type tests and found that later in the flight as battery voltage gets lower the vehicle become less stable in all three axis. The set points for pitch/roll/yaw angular rate seem to get larger in amplitude the longer the vehicle flew.
