using 'px4-v2' compile and upload on CubeBlack

Hello, I am a beginner with little development experience. I have to use arducopter version 3.5, and I built it using the ‘make px4-v2’ command, and I want to upload it to CubeBlack. I connected CubeBlack to PC, but there is no response. How to solve it?
