Unable to test actuators in QGC

Firmware: 1.17

QGC: stable 5.0, Linux

Drone: Holybro S500 V2 Hacker Drone Kit, Pixhawk 6C, 433Mhz Telemetry

After spendin hours on documentations, videos and forums I’m still not able to spin the motors anywhere, including the actuator test. Parameters that I’ve set in QGC to disable the GPS safety switch etc:

COM_PREARM_MODE=2

CBRK_IO_SAFETY=0

CBRK_IO_SAFETY=22027

COM_ARM_WO_GPS=1

The motors have NEVER spun, ever. I can arm the vehicle but still no spinning! It’s connected via USB to my computer. I’ve checked the order, all the cables, done multiple tests and calibrations and so on. Have tried both I/O and FMU PWM. The GPS LED is green, no errors, no alarming beeps. Absolute impossible to spin the motors!

Hello

First you have to do an esc calibration using the usb port of your flight controller. This test has to pass .

Have done that multiple times, still cant test actuators when armed.

Have you resolved your esc issue

Hi there
If the motors have never spun, its most likely not an issue with GPS etc.
Have you tried using another communication protocol? As far as I can tell the ESC supports quite a range.
