Motors are not spinning in Actuators with USB Connection

Hello,

I am not able to perform motor spin test in Vehicle Configuration → Actuators → Actuator Testing.

I connect PixHawk 6x using USB C to my PC. I am in QGroundControl and moving the sliders. I don’t hear any spinning.

Any help is much appreciated.

Verified signal and gnd polarity?

What protocol are you using?

Have they worked previously?

Do you have the battery plugged in? (do they make a sound?)
