Please give some context what happened, what you were trying to do, what happened instead, how it crashed? Otherwise a reader is blind and has to reconstruct it all from the log.

Hi Julian, Apologies for not putting the details.
Was flying a surveying mission and while going to waypoint and taking a turn it kind of started Yawing and came crashing down

It looks like it was trying very hard to compensate, and so is the manual input in position control at the end. Is there a chance this was hardware related, e.g. a motor not working as expected, and thus causing a yaw imbalance as well as not enough thrust?
