With V1.11 I like the combination of the weather vane function in combination with forward thrust because now the airplane can’t fall out of the sky in the strongest wind anymore because the controller always tries to point the nose into the wind without tilting.
Now very high MPC_XY_CRUISE are absolutely safe.
Is there a parameter or trick to fly straight ahead forward and backward in position mode because e.g. torque and other asymmetries have too much effect and mostly lead to tight turns?
