Throttle response is off

On a new-build I’m using the pixhawk PX4 my throttle response is off I have calibrated the ESC and in calibration mode the throttle response works perfectly with the motors but then when I exit calibration mode I go to do the throttle and the motors do not respond until about halfway up and then they spin rapidly and then going to decrease throttle the motors do not respond properly they still spin when throttle is off for about 2 seconds and then cut off can someone help

If you are starting from disarmed throttle does not kick in until your throttle stick goes above center.

While landed, disarm is your throttle stick put down and to the right and the disarm timeout can be adjusted using a parameter https://dev.px4.io/v1.9.0/en/advanced/parameter_reference.html#COM_DISARM_LAND
