Tbs tail-sitter VTOL problems

Hi

I am testing tbs duo tail-sitter for first time and I am facing some issues

1. Reference for left and right motor is taken in reference of pixhawk’s direction ?

2. How to set a reference for servos position because in hover mode my elevons are going fully up?
