I apologize in advance if i am doing something incorrectly, since this is my first time posting something here. I am currently doing a project, in which i am using a this (https://www.foxtechfpv.com/foxtech-loong-2160-vtol-mapping-package.html). My question is regarding the airframe option, since no vtol configuration has 2 elevators and no rudder. I was wondering if choosing the quadplane vtol option (which is the closest) and intersecting the data being sent to the motors and correctly changing it would be a viable option, or should I just create a new airframe with the correct configuration would be better.

You should be able to use:
Generic AAVVT v-tail plane airframe with Quad VTOL.
