Setting up sonar with px4fmuv2

I tried connecting sonar MB1240 and MB1340 with pixhawk on I2C port, and changed parameters
EKF2_HGT_MODE to 2 , sens_en_mb12xx to 1,ekf2_rng_aid to 1 but the altitude data is not visible on qground control!
Can someone help me setting up sonar with pixhawk on qground control,and point out what have i done wrong?
