RC mapped but no pwm signal to main rail

Using Rover - Traxxas Airframe

RC channels change and can be viewed in the analyzer(chan#_raw), but there is no pwm signal output to the main rail (servo#_raw). I have been able to confirm setup via pwm test with success via the console.

Wondering if there is an arming failure somewhere that I can’t see? A parameter setting maybe? Seen some literature on mixer issues? ideas?

Though I didn’t use Rover, these are some check points for quadcopters:

  1. Have you armed by sliding right the yaw stick of RC transmitter?
  2. The ‘safety switch’ should be turned off first for arming.
