Question about how to use "wind_plugin"

Hello, all.

I am trying to apply some wind gust using wind_plugin.
Based on the implementation and descriptions in the following links, I found that “xacro:wind_plugin_macro” is related.

Make sure that I currently use the following setting.
Start option. HEADLESS=1 make posix_sitl_default gazebo or HEADLESS=1 make posix_sitl_default gazebo_iris
PX4 1.8.0 (released version)
Gazebo 7
qgroundcontrol (not sure the exact version. But, I found this version info. HEAD:84a2f18f4 2018-09-05 14:38:03 -0400)
