QGroundControl stuck on "Loading Parameters" when connecting via MAVLink Router (PX4 v1.16 Stable)

Hello,

I’m using PX4 v1.16 Stable on a Pixhawk 6C flight controller and connecting QGroundControl (latest stable) through MAVLink Router.
My setup used to work perfectly, but recently QGC gets stuck on “Loading Parameters” and never finishes.

Here are the details of my setup:

  • Flight Controller: Pixhawk 6C

  • Firmware: PX4 v1.16 Stable

  • QGroundControl: v5.0.6 (latest stable)

  • MAVLink Router Version: v4-15-g51983a4

What link/radio are you using? What’s the overall connection setup? What’s the mavlink-router config?

Radio: SIYI MK15
Connection Setup: TCP - IP Address - Port:14550
Mavlink Router Config:

Oh, are you sure MAVLink message traffic from PC to drone is working at all? When you send a command, does that work?

The issue occurs because the TELEM1 port is connected to the MK15 receiver via UART, while at the same time the USB port is connected to a Raspberry Pi running mavlink-router. It seems that this setup causes interference between the two MAVLink links.

Could you please advise how I can configure the system so that both connections can work simultaneously with MAVLink without conflicts? Also, which parameters should I set in the flight controller to achieve this?

Thank you.

Make sure the two QGC instances have different system IDs. You can configure that in the application settings.
