I am new to PX4. I found that PX4 has a module that autotunes the attitude and rate controller and in the documentation, it mentions that tuning rate controller and the attitude controller is enough. However, in QGC I see that we can autotune the position,velocity,attittude and rate control loops. I had a query on what are the differences in tuning from QGC and tuning using the attitude autotuning module in PX4. Is the same code in the module of the firmware get used by QGC also when we press autotune button? But the module in the firmware only supports attitude autotuning in contrast to QGC where autotuning of all the control loops are possible.
Can anyone please clarify this?
