Position mode : too mach position holding too effective

Anybody advise me . Only in position mode , my octo x8 has been held too effective .
I can not flight it smoothly . It moves like seesaw when I release pitch and roll stick, unstable flight.
Is there any parameters to change or to weaken “strength” of position holding, ?

Thanks. I have read the article ,actually which parameters are important ?
I have changed P I D of poll & pitch untill it fly well (reduce the numbers)
On stable(manual) & attitude mode , I can operate as I expected,
but on gps position mode, I can not.
