Please help Pixhawk usb error

Dear all,
Please support with many thanks.
I trying welding usb port that broken before.
So happend error.
( Trying format sd card, change other usb cable, other usb pc port)
Before I upload fw onto pixhawk via Qgroundcontrol, and after I press Reset ( near to usb)
So now, pixhawk error, I can’t connect to PC for do any things.
Please help me.

Have you install the windows drivers ? https://pixhawk.org/firmware/downloads

Yes, It already installed with qgc, may be error with NUF2042XU6, but can’t buy this ic in VietNam
