Usb not recognized in windows 10

Have pixhawk 4 and started having issues with windows 10 not recognizing the usb (drone).
Have been trying qground control and mission planner. Have two drones, the other with pixhawk px4 has no issues and connects right away. I can get the problem drone to link up with qground control using cell phone app and telemetry radio using onboard usb connection. Just not link to laptop computer.
Thanks

I found I had to plug it into a USB3 slot but but not sure if that is just my system or hub.
It also needs the 3D robotics device driver. Not sure how I got it.
Look in device manager and see if the is a device with no driver the yellow bang (!).
If you find the issue tell us.

I am facing the same problem even after installing all required drivers
my problem is ----------------------
when I connect my pixhawk 4 to the computer the USB sound is out and in always and when I see it in device manager the USB is in and out in the port section. it does not stay.
this happens when I upload the firmware for the third time, the first time it worked correctly

please, anyone, help me it is my new brand flight controller and I want to use it to try the new control law for my master thesis.
