Hi,
I am trying to calibrate Holybro Tekko32 4 in1 50A ESC with Pixhawk 6X, PM02D power module and a 6S battery. After calibration, only the motor that was connected to channel 3 of I/O PWM out of Pixhawk 6X was spinning at arming speed.
We recalibrated the ESC with Pixhawk Cube plus having firmware v1.14.0dev, and all 4 motors are spinning but only one motor is gaining RPM with increase in throttle.
Can anyone confirm the compatibility of the connections or is there anything that we are missing while calibrating the 4in1 ESC?
That’s odd. What’s your wiring between Pixhawk and ESCs?
Motor signal wires from ESC are connected in I/O PWM out pin 1,2, 3,4 respectively and one ground wire from esc to pixhawk ground pin .
Pixhawk 6X currently has masted firmware v1.14.0, could there be any possibility that we are missing to configure some parameters?
That seems all ok. And you have tried the actuator configuration in QGC?
Hi @JulianOes
The problem is now solved. Apparently, the latest BLheli firmware v32.9 was not properly flashed into the ESC. I programmed the ESC and the motors are working smooth now. Thank you for your time

Although, only problem that I am facing right now is that the same setup is not working in any stable firmware version in Pixhawk. The motor seems to be armed in GCS and when I give throttle, the QGC shows that the vehicle is flying but practically the motors don’t even spin.
Can you please tell me what could be the issue here?
