Pixhawk 6c mini

Hi everyone! I have this problem: I installed the Ardupilot firmware via Mission Planner, and then, due to inexperience, I installed the px4 on the same controller, but via QGC. Now, as I understand it, they are conflicting. I can’t check the motor direction, and the remote takes a very long time to download telemetry data via radio. Any advice on what to do?
