PixHawk 6C Mini/PX4/QGroundControl

Hi! I am trying to use the PixHawk 6C Mini for an autonomous mission, being released from the bottom of an RC aircraft. Right now I am using a fixed wing airframe, and I have my mission waypoints uploaded. I was able to calibrate all my sensors, and the servos were moving when I was under the actuator tab. Now when I go to do a hand launch test the gps starts blinking purple rapidly and beeping. I arm the FCB in QGC and then unplug from my laptop and everything beeps.
I cannot use a receiver as this is for the AIAA DBF competition.
I have:
2 batteries (450mah, 7.4V, 2s LiPo) one for the power module and one for the servo rail w/ a 5V BEC for the servos
3 micro servos
M9N GPS
PixHawk 6C Mini
Am I doing something wrong?

Try to change the COM_POWER_COUNT to 1. if the issue still exists, try to make it to zero.

If above solutions fail, we need to dig deeper:

Try using a telemetry device to connect the device and read what messages were you receiving in the QGC. (Or)
Change the following parameter SDLOG_MODE to 2 (it will enable the logging to begin from the bootup of the system, and see what messages you were getting after disconnecting the battery

I had that parameter set to 1 originally. After changing it to 0 I tried arming, and it said failure to arm in a popup message, but in the top left corner says armed. My GPS is flashing yellow and beeping.
I switched the SDLOG_MODE parameter to 2, however I am not sure that I am getting any messages that I can see.

Ok, try downloading the logs and upload it to Flight Review, from there you can see the messages logged during the period of disconnection from QGC

Okay, I have done that
