Pixhawk 4 loiter flight mode

Hi, pixhawk 4 removed loiter mode from my list after updating to the latest firmware, can someone please advise me? Thank you

Are you using PX4? If so, Hold is the same as Loiter for PX4.

Ok, so you probably flashed latest stable PX4?

Yes, I did a firmware update in qgroundcontrol and it downloaded the latest version by itself.

Right, so Hold should then be your Loiter. It’s the same.

Hold is the same as loiter for a multicopter in PX4? Is there a way to orbit a circlular path with a given radius for a multicopter?

Yes, in QGC you can click on the map and select Orbit.

I’m using 1.14 of PX4 and v4.3.0 for QGC. I don’t appear to have that option available, is it in a newer version?

I think that should be there.

This is what I see with PX4 v1.15 and QGC v4.3. I’m pretty sure it was there in PX4 v1.14 as well though.
