Pixhawk 2.4.8 / raspberrypi 3b+ f450 and 2 cameras

Hello, i have built an f450 size drone for my dissertation and am trying to improve algorithms for facial recognition and threats identified in a crowd, i have seceral different camera on board and i want to be able to switch between the camera input manually on my tx as well as being avle to do it via mavlink/opencv/dronecode etc can this be achieved, do i just need to read the transmitter input via mavlink, 8 am also trying to build my own front end via NODERED , and an app on android using MIT app inventer but that’s a different topic…
