Jetson, OpenCV, MAVlink ans Cube Px4 Integration

I’m making a RC drone, it needs to have OpenCV-Python object detection, if a object detected mission servo moves, RF video communication with computer (Ground Station) how can I make it? I’m newbie and sorry for my bad English.

Pixhawk PX4 Cube Orange 2.1
Emax Brushless Motor + ESC
Nvidia Jetson TX2
Probably a webcam
Windows PC (CUDA Tools installed)
