Pixhank not boot ( obs. firmware and bootloader already reinstalled)

my pixhank had a problem with the boot because of a drop in voltage. already disadvantaged the arducoper firmware and bootload but it lights both green LEDs the right orange and the right blue. the sd card is formatted. do I have to put something in it? thanks
