I am a newbie to the Pixhawk world and DIY drone building. I am using the Holybro 2.4.6 flight controller. The kit came with a Holybro GPS which, based on the purchase invoice, is a PIX32GPS MODULE with a ublox Neo-M8N unit included. There is nothing on the unit’s plastic covering to provide specific identity other than Holybro GPS Module.
The online documentation, available at Holybro, indicates that the 3 connectors on the unit go with these Flight Controller ports:
1.) PIX32 GPS PORT
2.) PIX32 I2C PORT
3.) PIX32 SWITCH PORT
The kit also includes an Arming Switch. Where does the Arming Switch go if the GPS device uses the Switch Port?
UPDATE:
I misread the Chinese/English description of the functionality of the device. Had I looked closer I would have seen [My glasses apparently need to be replaced] that the extra slot on the GPS is not an LED but a lighted switch. This was “Invisible” in my first look over of the device.
