Nsh console not working

Hi all,

I tried to connect pixhawk with nsh console on telemetry 5 port using USB-to-Serial port.
The firmware version on the board is 1.6.0dev which is built from the latest available from PX4 firmware repository.
Connection was made using putty with /dev/ttyUSB0 @57600 bps setup.
But all I can see is bunch of un-readable messages as shown in the below picture.

If I push ‘Enter’, it returns character ‘C’ instead.
I don’t know what is wrong with init.d setup.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Never mind. I managed to figure this out.
Stupid on me.
The USB to serial port I used has built in level converter such that it
level up TTL to RS232 which make errors!!
